QMC is proud to be one of the many suppliers to assist the TELUS Garden tower in downtown Vancouver in achieving LEED Platinum certification.
“The LEED Platinum certification embodies our commitment and dedication to create a world class development where the sustainable design not only mirrors the culture and values of TELUS team members but also the tenants and businesses who have now become a welcomed part of this environmentally conscious community.”
From developer Ian Gillespie, CEO of Westbank
QMC provided state-of-the-art electronic smart metering for the electrical services within the property. The system is comprised of metering for LEED purposes and revenue grade meters for tenant cost allocation. The meter system uses the open BACnet IP protocol and the meters are integrated with the building automation system.
