Earth Hour 2021
Earth Hour 2021 is almost here! On Saturday at 8:30 to 9:30 local time, join millions of others across the globe in turning off your lights and electronics to raise awareness of our consumption patterns and impact on wildlife.
After a year spent in lockdowns, quarantines, and Zoom calls, we are all very much aware of our energy consumption by now. On Saturday, March 27th at 8:30 p.m. local time, join the World Wildlife Federation’s (WWF) first-ever Earth Hour “Virtual Spotlight.”
What is Earth Hour?
Earth Hour is a global movement for the environment, where millions of people around the world join together to raise awareness of our consumption patterns and our impact on wildlife by turning off our lights for an hour.
What do we do for Earth Hour?
This year, WWF has several things in store, from new videos, shore cleanup events as well as partnering with SilverBack Productions, releasing Our Planet, a TV show on Netflix hosted by the world-renowned Sir David Attenborough! Take a look at their website for more information.
