Diversity Committee
A commitment to diversity is a core value for QMC. An inclusive culture is one where everyone feels like they belong and can be themselves. One of the ways we do this is by ensuring that our workforce is actively involved in our internal Diversity Committee.
This committee is focused on education, celebration and participation. Our goal is to get everyone in the office involved in fun interactive activities to build a strong community, and to educate through our monthly newsletters, updating employees on global events and holidays that are important to our diverse staff.
