COVID-19 Customer Update

COVID-19 has reached a critical juncture in North America. With containment measures being enacted across the country, we are doing what is necessary to contain this outbreak. We have seen what is happening in other countries that are ahead of us with impact, and the measures being taken, it is very likely conditions will continue to become more restrictive here as the pandemic continues to play out in Canada.
We are monitoring the situation daily and taking necessary steps in line with the World Health Organization and government guidance in each of the provinces and countries in which we operate.
Health and Safety First
We want to assure you that first and foremost, the safety of our staff and customers are our top priority. We are closely following the guidance and advice as provided by provincial and federal agencies. As such, QMC has implemented a work-from-home policy until further notice for its eligible employees.
As we navigate through these challenging times, our response times may be slightly delayed. We are prohibiting corporate travel to all countries per current travel advisories, and also discontinuing face to face meetings until further notice.
Maintaining Our Service
We have an important responsibility to keep our customers. partners and suppliers up to date on any potential disruptions. Our supply chains are flexible and global, and are ready to face this challenge. However, this is a unique situation that demands a unique response.
We will update our customers on an individual basis if their order has been affected. QMC is firmly committed to providing you with continued customer service and support to maintain clear communication regarding your order.
