Now is the best time to retrofit your property or business. Emissions Reduction Alberta (ERA) is offering to help small to medium-sized businesses in Alberta start reducing emissions and saving on their utilities through the installation of various high-energy efficiency retrofits.
The ERA is accomplishing this by offering businesses that qualify up to $250,000 per project and $1 million per parent company to help businesses shift to a [environmentally good]
This has opportunity has been extended until March. 31st, 2023 which should allow businesses ample time to apply. The ERA has also extended the list of eligible projects to now contain:

- Process heating
- Refrigeration
- Foodservice equipment
- HVAC
- Motors and drives
- Water heating
- Combined heat and power (CHP)
- Lighting systems
- Building envelope and windows
- Geothermal
- Agricultural lighting
