QMC core value: being real

Each quarter QMC recognizes two employees, one from each of our east and west coast offices whose work exemplifies one of our core values. This past quarter QMC employees nominated their fellow employees who demonstrate one of QMCs core value, “Real”. Besides being authentic, being real means relating to our customers in a friendly, professional manner; putting ourselves in their shoes to better solve their challenges.
We would like to congratulate Steve Bonnet and Sara McKay for delivering real solutions to QMC customers. Here’s what their nominations said:
“Steve has a good rapport with all of his contacts. We know some use Steve as their first point of contact at QMC instead of the appropriate person, simply because they like dealing with him! He also interacts well with everyone in the office, making us laugh with all of his jokes! Thank you, Steve, for all that you do!”
“Sara deserves this recognition because of her dedication and commitment to help our customers. Sara puts herself in the customer shoes, going far beyond her comfort zone to give a client a solution that fulfil their needs. Sara has been learning a lot about our business during the year and now putting all of her knowledge to better serve our clients. Well done Sara!”
