QMC was successful in its bid to provide a thermal metering and a DCW and DHW metering system at this premier development by Westbank. Vancouver House is designed and built to be one of the world’s first LEED platinum–certified residential towers. We look forward to working with Olympic Controls and Westbank to achieve this goal.

QMC is putting the finishing touches on an integrated electrical, water, gas and thermal metering solution. The meter system will be monitored on our MeterConnex platform. QMC is again working with Fortis Alternative Energy Services (FAES) to provide monitoring and cost allocation reporting to the property.
St. Andrews Tower | Ottawa | Brookfield Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS)
QMC was successful in its bid to provide a Triacta electric metering system to monitor the electrical consumption of the government offices at this tower. We look forward to working with BGIS to identify and analyze energy conservation opportunities using the smart meter system currently being installed.

QMC is proud to be working with Oxford Properties again. For this project, QMC is providing an integrated electrical, water and gas meter system with data hosted on our MeterConnex platform. The system is being utilized to monitor and benchmark energy management initiatives.
